_ __ ___ ____________ _ ___________ ___ __ _ attire. It had been hard finding a lawyer who operated at night. It was even harder finding one who would work for a low fee, a very low fee. The hardest part? One who would take on her divorce. For one reason; who the man was that she was divorcing. Kai Yurameki. The infamous Kai Yurameki. No one wanted to tangle in his sordid affairs. Except one man. She'd heard through keeping her ear to the ground of one of the best lawyers the world had to offer, based in London. She had tried her luck, given him a phonecall, and he had seemed more than happy to take the case on. Renji Kuchiki. Of course, she knew nothing of the Yurameki-Kuchiki clash. How would she? Kai never kept her in the loop of his business. It was a strictly need to know business. And she didn't need to know. Her job had been to sit pretty and provide stress relief, either as a sex toy or punchbag. Well not anymore. A light drizzle fell as she walked down the Knightsbridge street towards Renji's office. Luckily, she'd bought an umbrella. Her pace was slower than normal; she was suspicious. Was it her imagination, or had Mr. Kuchiki seemed just a little too eager to take her case? Most suspicious of all; he had said he would take her divorce case on for no fees. Free. Maybe he was very helpful, or very twisted and had something in mind. She should have said no, but she wanted that decree absolut. Framed. Hung on her wall. She'd tried her best to look smart. She was going to see a lawyer after all. However, she couldn't help but think she looked more slut-smart than smart-smart. Her satin skirt was maybe a little too short, grazing the middle of her thighs, stocking tops almost exposed. Still, she compensated with the high-necked blouse. She wore her favourite pair of black heels, which clicked softly on the pavement as she walked. Click, click. Click, click. Click, click. Her platinum blonde locks were pulled back into a bun, her side-fringe twisted and pulled back into a small quiff ontop of her head. Her makeup was natural, save for her trademark scalet lipstick. She never went anywhere without it. Perhaps she should have learnt from the events that happened from the concoction she wore; stockings, skirt and red lipstick, when visiting an office. She had worn it the day she had met Kai, but she wasn't prepared to talk about that day. Her life hadn't been the same since, quite literally. She found herself outside a posh looking office building, and her nerves would have caused her to turn on her heel and run home had it not been for the desire to be rid of her cheating scumbag of a soon to be ex husband. The umbrella was put down and the excess rainwater shaken from it. Her slender fingers wrapped round the handle of the door and she pushed it open, stepping inside the foyer. It was all very modern and clinical. A middle aged, friendly faced woman sat at the reception desk, and she smiled at Elio. "Can I help you, dear?" Elio smiled back gingerly, laying the umbrella against the wall by the door. She didnt want to carry it round dripping everywhere. She made her way to the desk, the sound of her heels on the marble floor filling the room. Click, click. Click, click. Click, click." My name's Elio Yurameki. I've got an appointment with Mr. Kuchiki at eleven." Her voice was quiet, as if she was frightened of it echoing the same way the noise from her heels had made. Her blue eyes flicked to the clock behind the woman. Ten fifty. She was early; a first for the girl who made a habit of being late. The woman nodded and turned to her computer screen, checking the information Elio had given her. Satisfied, she gave Elio another warm smile. "Take a seat and I'll let him know you're hear, Mrs. Yurameki." Mrs Yurameki. She damn near shuddered at that name. How had she ever let herself be connected with such a monster? Still, it would soon be remedied. The woman motioned to the white leather couches, and Elio's heels clicked once more as she made her way to them. She perched on the egde of the seat carefully, placing her bag in her lap, watching as the woman picked up the phone and dialled the internal number for Renji's office. "Mr. Kuchiki, there's a Mrs. Yurameki here to see you." Again with the Mrs. Yurameki.. She swallowed and waited. The woman put the phone down and looked to Elio. "He'll be down shortly, dear." x [/ul]

In all the years Renji had served as a lawyer, he never imagined that one day he would be serving a Yurameki. Not one by blood though and not just any Yurameki. This woman was the Infamous Kai Yurameki’s wife, or soon to be ex-wife rather. She had contacted Renji just the night before and here he was, pushing all other meetings aside to meet with the woman who wanted to him of all people to help with her divorce. It made the vampire wonder if the woman had any idea of the family rivalry. Most likely not or else she wouldn’t have contacted him, or perhaps this woman was much more twisted than the young Kuchiki anticipated. Regardless of her knowledge or motives, he had no problem in helping her rid her life of a disgusting Yurameki.
Growing a bit impatient, the vampire began tapping the end of his pen against the blank notepad he had set out over his desk and looked over the clock. Ten forty-five it read. Fifteen minutes until this little meeting with the wife of the ‘oh so infamous one’. He knew he should have pushed all his previous meetings aside but it was a lot harder getting out of a meeting with his father than he thought.
He flicked the tip of his tongue against the back of his right fang as he pulled his eyes away from his clock and towards the window to his left. The light tapping of the rain thankfully pulled his attention away from the time and also allowed his mind to wander elsewhere. Part of him regretted offering to work on this particular case for ‘free’ but part of him did not. If all went according to plan then there would be no reason to feel uneasy. From what he had gathered during a bit of research, Little Miss Elio Yurameki wasn’t the sweet and innocent little angel he had thought her out to be. Hopefully it would be easy for him to get compensated.
It wasn’t long until the long awaited buzz from his phone broke the silence and his beloved secretary’s voice boomed through the tiny speaker. Finally Excitedly, he tossed his pen onto the desk and pushed himself up and off his chair. He grazed his ashen hands over his suit, flattening out any wrinkles before exiting the office and making his way down into the lobby where his new client sat, waiting.
He made his way down the short steps and stepped out from the hallway to finally reveal himself to the seemingly young vampriess. Quirking a brow, he couldn’t help but look the woman over as he approached her. She was much more stunning than he had thought. Work, Renji.
Pushing his thoughts aside, he forced a smug grin as he held out a hand to her as he introduced himself. “ Well, it’s a pleasure to meet the Infamous Kai Yurameki’s wife.” She seemed a tad bit nervous. Why? Not that she had anything to worry about. Renji had promised her that he would do whatever it took to get the divorce finalized and everyone knew that he wasn’t one to break promises or go back on his word. “ Let’s discuss this in my office, shall we?”[/blockquote]

" His voice broke through her thoughts. She recognised it from the phonecall the previous night; Soft, it had a heavy Japanese accent and she looked up. He wasn't what she had been expecting. He was younger for a start. His voice had sounded older than he looked. He was attractive, she wasn't going to deny it. But above all? He wasn't mortal. Her senses picked up on it as soon as her eyes were raised from the floor. She should have suspected it due to the working hours, but she wasn't thinking straight lately. She frowned lightly. The Infamous Kai Yurameki's wife. She had a name, but since she had married him, that was all she was known as. His wife. His possession. She tried to swallow her nerves, running the tip of her tongue over her crimson lips. Not in a seductive way, they had just gne extremely dry. Her whole mouth had. " Let’s discuss this in my office, shall we?" She nodded softly and stood, taking her bag off her lap and resting the handles on her right forearm. She stood, bringing her free hand down to run down the satin skirt, pushing any creases out. If it would not have looked so obviously awkward, she would have pulled it down. It was definately too short. She silently cursed her wardrobe.. Conservative had never been her style. In silence, she followed him into his office, taking a seat in the chair on the opposite side of the desk to where his leather office chair was. She suddenly realised how nervous of office's she was. Nothing but bad had happened in Kai's office. The rape. The turning. The proposal. Yes, she had been happy about the proposal at the time, but it had turned out to be just another disaster. " Mr. Kuchiki, I'd just like to thank you for this. I really appreciate it." Her voice was quiet, her nerves obvious. The bag was placed on the floor beside her chair as her one leg crossed over the other. Her hands were laid in her lap, her palms resting on her thighs as she gave her most convincing smile. She was grateful, but suspicious of his motives. She ran her tongue behind her fangs, a sort of stress relieving ritual she had picked up. Her eyes were still downcast; she couldnt look at him for prolonged periods of time. It was clear just how much her husband had beaten her spirit.. x [/ul]

It was blatantly obvious that the woman was either shy or having second thoughts about the entire thing. Thing being the divorce or maybe meeting up with one of her husband’s rival; Renji hoped it wasn’t the latter. Having his time wasted was one of his very few pet peeves. Not that it happened too often but when it did, he never took it lightly.
Without another word, he turned his back to the beautiful blonde, listening closely as her hands grazed over the fabric of her skirt. He did in fact take note of how short it was and how gorgeous her legs were. Absentmindedly he bit down on his bottom lip as a grin crept over his face. Snap out of it, kid. She’s a client not a meal. Such a bad habit it was to view a client as a meal or in this case, dessert. It wasn’t too long ago that he had fed not on a mortal but on one of his kind; another vampire. But not just any vampire of course. She was Kai’s beloved cousin and was a current enemy’s wife. Renji had killed two birds with one stone; found a way to hurt Kai by disposing of a family member and getting back at one of his father’s rivals. But enough of that. There were bigger fish to fry now. Forcing the little grin off of his face, he walked towards his office and as he did so, he gave Catherine, his secretary, a simple nod as he passed by. After climbing up the short flight of stairs and walking down the hallway, he pushed open his office door and held it open for her as he gestured for her to come right on in. As she walked past him, his eyes drifted from her back, to her bottom as if instinctively. Amused with himself, he couldn’t help but shake his head and smile before walking in after her and shutting the door behind him. The room was poorly lit but it wasn’t like neither of them needed light to see their way around. Other than the small lamp seated on the corner of his desk, the light from the city shone through the windows to help with the ‘lighting’. Renji found it more comforting to work in not only silence but in the dark. He watched quietly as she took a seat in one of the two chairs placed before his desk as he walked around to his side, pulling his chair out for himself. Before taking a seat himself, he unbuttoned his jacket and slipped out of it. “ No need to thank me Miss…” pausing for a brief moment, he peeked over his chair and towards his laptop to review a file he had started for her which had her maiden name. “ Caser…” He instantly recognized the name. It was the same as the man that had two-timed his father. The name Miya had acquired after getting married. Grimacing slightly, he placed his jacket onto the back of his chair then slipped into his seat, leaning back against the cushions. Temptation crept over him as he took a moment to eye the name pulled up on his computer screen before allowing his chocolate colored orbs to fall back towards the blonde vampiress. Should he ask her about Noah? No because that in turn would bring other questions and that’s not what she was here for. “ So, I heard you had a hard time finding a lawyer to cover this divorce. Why is that?” It was a much better question than what he was wanting to ask. Hopefully the subject would help ease his mind and take his focuses away from the little murder he had done.[/blockquote]

" He had no idea how good it felt. Using that name, she felt a small piece of her former self return. She felt.. human again. Or atleast a little. She regained some of her identity. She wasn't his wife. She was Elio Caser. The corners of her lips turned upwards slightly as a soft smile formed, highlighting her features. Her face was so sunken from stress, and despite wampires remaining how they had looked when they were turned, she had lost a little weight. She had never been exceptionally skinny, always had that tiny amount of body fat that made her slightly curvacious, or as she called it 'curvalicious'. Now she was bordering on perhaps a little too skinny, her toned stomach ever-so-slightly ribby. It was true. Her friends had said so and it was true; she'd let herself go. She'd never had a great passion for feeding, but that slight inherant desire had waned. " So, I heard you had a hard time finding a lawyer to cover this divorce. Why is that?" His words snapped her from her train of thought once again and she scolded herself silently for letting her mind wander. What a question to ask her. She wasn't sure how to answer it. She began to twiddle her thumbs out of nerves, fully dipping her head now so that her gaze was dropped to the floor. For a moment she was silent. Ashamed? Maybe. Unsure of what to say? Definately. " You're a vampire, Mr. Kuchiki. Surely you've heard of the kind of man my.. husband.. is." The word 'husband' was said as if it left a bad taste in her mouth, burning her tastebuds like acid. She deemed the words she had spoken enough to explain to him why finding a lawyer to take her case on was so hard. Truthfully, she wasnt quite sure why everyone feared Kai so. In reality, he was a bully and a coward who hit women, or so the general consensus was. Still, she decided to add a few more lexicals. " He's powerful, and a dirty son of a bitch. No one wants to mess with him. They're all scared of him." She didn't care that she'd swore. She had the mouth of a sailor, and could barely get through a sentence without a blue word. It was her generation. 'Bad' words held no shock for her now. They were as normal in her conversations as every other word she used. Looking up now for the first time since they had entered his office, her eyes found his. The one intense sapphire orbs were now dull, almost grey, and her stress was clear. They showed how broken she was, but also there twinkled within a glimpse of her former self. It begged to be rescued as she added the four final words for the most impact. She wanted a strong case. She had one already. Domestic violence and infidelity, but if Mr. Kuchiki saw how beaten down she really was, she hoped he would help her extract some kind of revenge on Kai, even if it was only a smooth and quick divorce. " And so am I.." x [/ul]

Her statement was true about him having some sort of knowledge as to ‘how Kai was’. In fact, he probably knew a lot more about her own husband than she did herself. Renji knew most, if not all the kinds of deals that Yokan Enterprises really did underground and knew the fact that the Yurameki family had big ties with the infamous Yakuza otherwise known as the Japanese mafia. Did she know anything about this? Or was Kai smart enough to keep his little wife away from those dreaded little facts.
The next assertion made him snicker to himself. Scared? Of Kai? Of course the other attorney’s coward at the man’s name. Besides the fact that Mr. Infamous was rich and powerful, he was a vampire, which only a few people knew about. But mortals were much smarter than they looked. They knew who to mess with and who not to. Unfortunately, Kai was just one of those people humans refused to come by unless they were on his ‘good side’. Renji on the other hand had no fear when it came to the other vampire. Sure, he was younger but it was apparent that Kai was losing his touch. If he was unable to keep his little wife in line, who knew what else he was losing touch with.
“There’s nothing to fear when it comes to a man such as Kai. From what I’ve heard, he’s a coward.”
That’s what Renji assumed anyways. He never understood how a man could ever hit a woman, especially one you supposedly loved. Oh well, it was none of his business anyways. All he cared about was pushing his rival’s little buttons and being paid while doing so.
“I’m amazed that you’re even attempting to divorce such a man if you’re afraid of him. Aren’t you worried that he’ll do something?”
It somewhat amazed him that the woman even made it this far. He would have thought that Kai would have either killed her himself before she even had a chance to serve him papers or had someone sent after her before she could finalize anything. Hmmm…. Perhaps Kai had something up his sleeve after all. [/blockquote]

" It felt so good to hear those words. Someone found him as much of a coward as she did, and it wasn't one of her friends who might have been saying it to just to make her feel better. Once again, the corners of her pouty lips were turned upwards. From the stigma attatched to lawyers, she had though they would all be slimy dogs, but Renji seemed like a nice person. A cliche phrase, but it was how he appeared. If only she knew his motives.. " I’m amazed that you’re even attempting to divorce such a man if you’re afraid of him. Aren’t you worried that he’ll do something?" Slowly, the smile disappeared from her face. How could she ever explain this? Yes, she'd briefly, very briefly, explained to Renji why she was divorcing Kai; domestic violence and infidelity. But she didnt want to go into details of everything he'd put her through, and she had noticed how Renji didn't sound surprised at all. Could everyone see the kind of man Kai was, except for her? Back when she had married him, she had thought, despite his flaws, he was.. perfect. Now she knew differently. Atleast she could thank him for making her grow up and open her eyes. " Of course I am. But.. I think he's just as eager to be rid of me as I am to kick him to the kerb. After all, you're only as strong as your weakest link, and anyway, he has a new toy to keep him occupied for a while." Of course, this was all but words. She knew something was up with the way Kai had accepted the divorce. He'd never released his hold on Elio before. Why now? She knew how he saw the situation. He had saved Elio's life by making her a vampire, and those two reasons alone made her his property. It didnt matter that it was because of him that she'd needed saving. But there was more; because she'd tried to get away, twice, with Lukas, she was even more so his belonging, his possession. He had only squeezed tighter since then, why woud he let her walk away now? He wouldn't, and she knew it. She took a deep breath, looking once more at the floor as she spoke quietly. " Mr. Kuchiki, I want this divorce to go through as quick as possible. I need to leave London.. The UK.. as soon as it's done." Was there a hint of acceptance in her voice that she would probably only just walk away from this with her life, if at all? She knew she was playing a dangerous game, and it was plain for him to see that she knew there was a low to non existant chance that she was going to win. The fact she was in his office showed she had strength; that she was willing to play the dangerous game when the odds were stacked against her, but the weakness and the cracks were obvious too. She was doing this more through fear than for revenge. x [/ul]

Despite the fact that Miss Caser appeared to have broken spirits, it calmed him a bit to see that he was able to put just a tiny smile on her face with a mere phrase. Smiling himself, he took hold of the pen he had carelessly tossed over the blank notepad when she had arrived and began toying with it, spinning it between his middle and ring finger. Unlike most, Renji was left handed. Something his little sister, Kumi had picked on him about when they were growing up. Everyone in the family but him were right handed and as a child, he and his sisters found that odd. Nowadays, silly little things like that didn’t matter. Hell, he barely spoke to either of his sisters now all because of a damned Yurameki.
Filthy bastards… In an attempt to clear his mind, the vampire took hold of the top of his laptop with his free hand and slid it across the oak table, placing it right before him. There were a few things he needed to go over with Elio before typing up any sort of paperwork to serve to the almighty Yurameki boy. As he pulled up a few various files on his little device, he listened intently to his client’s words, taking note to certain things she mentioned. “ New toy?” So that’s how Kai saw his women. Nothing but simple play things. Renji had to admit that he too looked at women the same way but mortal women; fodder. Never would he see his wife as some sort of trinket or treat her as such or see any woman he loved in that way for that matter. While navigating the mouse with his right hand, he moved his left hand over to the blank notepad and jotted down a few things in Kanji. It was the way he wrote most of his notes out only because he wanted to keep most of his thoughts to himself. He had a nasty habit of leaving his jottings out in the open for anyone to read. Most of his clients and colleagues; who were nosy little fuckers, thankfully knew nothing about how to read or speak Japanese. Finally after writing down a few things about Elio’s appearance and the few things she said about her husband, Renji pulled his eyes away from his computer screen to look up at her. Neither a smile nor frown tainted his pale features as he thought over a few possible questions to ask. Before he could even put together a sentence, the vampiress spoke before him. It came as no surprise that she wanted the entire ordeal rushed. He couldn’t blame her though. He knew that if he was married to the same filthy bastard as she was married to, he’d want to end everything as quickly and as painlessly as possible. “ Well, I’ll try my best to get this done as fast as I can Miss Caser.” He offered a reassuring smile as he nudged his laptop aside, moving it a bit out of his way. “ I have a few things I need to ask you first though. Do you remember ever signing a prenuptial agreement?” If she had then the poor girl would be, well, screwed. That would mean that after the papers were finalized and everything was said and done, she would be left with nothing. That was more than likely the reason why Kai was so eager to throw this ‘toy’ away.[/blockquote]

" She couldnt help it. The soft laugh had escaped her lips before she could prevent it and she looked up, a defeated half-smile on those ruby lips. She remembered clearly the hissed words at the altar, how too late she had realised just how manipulative Kai was, and how far he would go to get his hands on what he wanted. She shook her head lightly, casting her eyes over to the window. London was so beautiful by night. It reminded her of the times she'd sat on her windowsill in her little flat and smoked, watching the curling grey vapor fuzz the lights until is disapperated into nothingness. Her tongue was pushed into her cheek, pushing the skin out a little, the half-smile still keeping the corners of her mouth skywards. With her hair up in the bun, she had nothing to hide the disgusting scar on the side of her neck. Her wedding present from her oh-so-generous husband. It was one of only two scars he had given her from his violence. The first was on the curve of her breast, where he had fed from her before he turned her. Everything else, every other wound he had inflicted had not left a mark. The beauty of beating a vampire; there was never anything to show for it. The bite though had scarred; it had been too severe for even her vampiric skin to heal without blemish. A permanent reminder of just who owned her soul " He's Kai Yurameki. Of course there was a prenup signed." She paused for a moment before turning back to face him. " But it wasn't signed by me. His little secretary forged my signature. Same with the wedding certificate." Whether there was a loophole or not, she didn't care. Before she'd met Kai she'd survived on her meagre wage, and she'd manage so again. She'd started with nothing, and if she finished with nothing but her pride and permanent youth, she'd be just fine. Or so she told herself. Of course she'd loved the expensive things she'd been able to buy, all on Kai's credit card, but he'd had them back anyway. Luxuries were nice, but they were just that; Luxuries. As a mortal, she'd needed to buy food. Now she wouldn't; her food was free, if only from a monetary point of view. Still, she worried he thought she was divorcing him so she could be financially better-off. " I'm not divorcing him for the money, Mr. Kuchiki. I'm no money-grabber. I just want him out of my life." Or half-life. Slowly, she uncrossed her legs, then recrossed them with the other leg ontop. Her palms were laid flat on her thighs again. He didn't have to believe her; she knew the truth. Kai's money was dirty in her eyes at any rate. She didn't want it. She didn't want anything from that bastard except a decree absolut. x [/ul]

It was a stupid question and he knew it but it was one of the things he needed to know and it was nothing but a simple part of a ‘standard procedure’. The answer that was given was no surprise. Although he had viewed Kai as someone being utterly foolish, the man was far from being so. But the answer also brought on a few other questions. Why was there a prenup to begin with? Didn’t Kai plan on keeping his little trophy much longer than this? The entire situation made Renji’s mind reel in wonder.
But there was something else. She hadn’t signed neither the prenuptial agreement nor the wedding certificate itself which would make both null and void which only meant that Elio didn’t really need Renji. All she had to do was show the court that she hadn’t signed shit and the marriage would be diminished. That in turn meant only one thing. Renji wouldn’t get paid.
Scoffing quietly to himself he decided immediately that he would keep that information to himself. Rather than telling her the simple way to break of any ties with Kai, he thought it more fun to act as if the entire ordeal would be some sort of an obstacle.
“Well…” After scribbling down a few other things to his notepad which was now covered with various statements in Kanji, Renji looked back up to the blond vampiress and smiled. Setting down his pen, he leant himself back against his chair as he allowed his arms to hang over the armrests. “It’s certainly not going to be easy handling a case such as this… And I’m afraid that my services are going to have to come with a cost.”
Money was of course, the last thing on the young vampire’s mind. He only hoped that Elio would catch onto what exactly it was that he wanted. Explaining such matters was quite… awkward. [/blockquote]

" Her lips were parted, as she went to speak, to question him. Over the phone he had said he would expect no money to be exchanged, and she was about to remind him this fact when she saw the look in his eyes and the smile on his face which gave it away. The reason why he had said no money would be required for his services became clear. He wanted payment alright, but not in notes and coins... She swallowed softly as her almond shaped eyes widened a little. She wasn't especially shocked; she'd wondered as much. " Mr. Kuchiki, I.." What could she say? Knowing nothing of the justice and court system, she didn't know the fact that the certificates were not signed by her that she could void the marriage easily, and she wanted the divorce more than anything. Did she have a choice? She hadn't had the most snow-white of pasts; lapdancer, stripper, cocktease.. Her face was lowered as she looked down, swallowing again, though her mouth had gone completely dry. She was going to have to sell her body in order to get an official seperation from her husband. Would it be so hard? She had sold her soul long ago. She wanted to speak, but she had no idea what to say. What words would be right? She couldn't say no, but she could hardly strip there and then and drop to her knees before him. " H-how much do you want?" She asked the question quietly. Perhaps he would only want one or two things, but she knew there was a distinct possibility that he wanted everything.. Payment in full. [/ul]

Just as he had wanted, she caught onto what exactly it was he was speaking of. She made it clear by widening her eyes in shock then nearly stumbling over her words as she spoke. Judging by the tone of her voice, this was the last thing she was expecting to hear. In fact, Renji didn’t even plan on getting anything from the girl. Only the satisfaction that he was able to take something Kai considered precious. Or used to anyways.
The smug grin on his face broadened a bit as he leant back even more in his seat to recline his chair. Like any other lawyer, Renji was expecting to be paid immediately before even starting his little services. Typically, the only time he slept with a woman was when he was with her. Not once had he slept around or had any kind of one night stands. He was against that sort of thing, but when it came to sleeping with a Yuramekis’ girl? That was a completely different story.
Her next question came as a bit of a surprise for him. How much did he want?
“How much are you willing to give?” Answering a question with one of his own was one of Renji’s nasty little tricks or habits. He did it quite often not only in the court room but during arguments with his siblings or cousins but never with his father.
Absentmindedly, he flicked his tongue against both his fangs, making a light tsk sound. He was growing quite antsy now. He wanted to see what all the talk about this woman was all really about and if some of the stories he had heard were true. [/blockquote]

" He answered her question with a question, making it not an answer at all. Or was it? It sounded as if he wanted anything and everything she would offer in return for his services. Her stomach lurched, doing a sickening somersault. Butterflies quickly turned into fully grown wasps, stinging at her insides. As a teenager, she'd had maybe three one night stands at the most, drunken mistakes. As a vampire, she had slept with two people and two people alone; Kai and Lukas. Both she had loved. To her, the feeling of cold skin against cold skin, never warmed by the activity, was still alien, and for possibly the first time in her life, since leaving Kai, she had not thought about sex, or foreplay, once. It made a change for the borderline nymphomaniac. It was warped, but since Kai had raped her, he was the only one she had really trusted in the bedroom. And kitchen. And dining room. And bathroom.. She closed her eyes for a moment, swallowing. Now wasn't the time to think about those memories. " I.." Again she was lost for words. She was willing to give in to his demands, if only to save her own skin and obtain the divorce, but what would she appear to be? A whore? Easy? Desperate? Keeping her gaze averted, she stood, using her heightened speed to cross the room so she was stood by the window. She looked out at the city. Once it had been her home and her life. Now it was just a massive prison full of memories. If he approached her and instigated, she'd react and give in, but she wasn't going to start the inevitable proceedings. She couldn't. Her mind was no longer Kai's, so why did her body feel like it still belonged to him? x [/ul]

Other than the fact that Miss Caser was a stunning woman, Renji’s main plan was to hurt Kai in the worst possible way by of course, lying with the woman he supposedly loved. He had had second thoughts about even touching the same thing a Yurameki had gotten their filthy hands on but this may have been his only chance at doing something so…sly.
As she struggled to find the right thing to say, he took a moment to think over the possible consequences of the very acts that may take place soon. Very soon. He wondered to himself if his father would be proud or disgusted by his decision. For his sake, he prayed that it wouldn’t be the latter. More than once this past month had he disappointed The Captain already by decisions he had made involving Hakumi.
The entire time he thought his eyes had been locked on the little goldilocks’ face, waiting for her to say something, anything. Instead of receiving another response, the woman stood from her seat and moved over to the window without a word. Was it really that difficult for her to come to a conclusion or was she now second guessing her decision about the entire divorce? It looked like he was going to have to find out on his own.
He waited a few moments, staying seated as he turned his chair towards the direction of Elio. It were times such as now that he wished he could read minds. All he knew was that the vampiress was perturbed. Whether it be because of his piggish requests or something else, Renji wasn’t going to sit around and wait until she decided to spit everything out. There wasn’t time to be playing games like that.
Silently, he rose from his seat and crossed the room, careful not to stir up too much noise even though she was more than likely expecting him to come up behind her. And he did. As soon as he reached her, his arms were loosely wrapped around her petite waist as he pressed his body up against her own. Rather than breaking the silence with any words, he leant forward and broke it with a light ‘tsk’ sound as he placed a kiss against the side of her neck.
Judging by the way she had carried herself throughout the night, he expected her to stay put and allow him to do as he pleased to her. She looked too weak to fight back against him anyways, especially now. If she wanted him to stop though, he would. Unlike Kai, Renji respected women a lot more than people thought. To him, this was all just part of getting back at the little rival family. [/blockquote]

" Her voice was soft, barely a whisper. She'd done enough dirty stuff in offices to know it was better that the door be firmly locked before things got out of hand. She remembered vividly how Coleen had walked in, or rather stormed in, on her and Kai. As angering as it was, it was embarassing too. Elio had no problem with men, or women, seeing her naked, but invasion of privacy wasnt her favourite thing to endure. True, she adored voyeurism and exhibitionism, but not for something as sordid as this. How had she gotten here? How low had dhe gone? Low enough to lower herself to these measures obviously.. x [/ul]
